Artist Statement


My passion for photography focuses on portraits and lifestyle custom
photos using natural and/or artificial lighting. Capturing moments in time of
weddings, families, couples, high school seniors, children, and infants.
Ever since I was a kid I
have loved taking photos of anything that I thought was interesting or
something that may have caught my eye. Through my love for photography I have
found that I have somewhat of a natural eye, seeing moments that I and others
would want to be captured; to remember forever.
My love, my knack for seeing the perfect moment, and my ability to
capture that moment has led to my desire to make photography my life long
career.
My work ranges from the typical studio portrait to
outdoor sessions to more editorial shots. When the subject of my photos isn’t a
person(s) I also take photos of landscapes, events, etc.
I choose to be a photographer to be able to document
the lives of those I am fortunate enough to have the privilege to photograph. I
am passionate about life, love, and the art I create. I couldn’t dream of
anything else in the world that I would rather do.
